Would have been more if I stuck with it a little better.

1/2 cup Oatmeal with 1/2 teaspoon syrup
3 slices of lowfat chicken lunchmeat
2 tbsp canned salmon
1/4 snickers -death-
1 extra small bite of danish
sugarfree gum
1 reduced sodium mini V8
5 brussel sprouts w/salt and margerine
100g imitation lobster meat
1/4 cup cranberry juice
Exercisery
tricep exercise, 20 per arm
toe raises, 60
squats, 20
horseback riding, 1/2 hour
dancing at the club
FACT
2tbsp = 1 ounce, or 28g. Good to know.
