2 slices of reduced fat chicken lunchmeat
2 small ambrosia apples

1 stalk celery
1 cup chicken broth and spices
3 brussel sprouts w/margerine and salt
2 tbsp salmon
1 cup soymilk
10 dill pickle chips
1/2 piece pepperoni
slice of white cheddar

OUT
2 sets 20 reps, triceps
60 toe raises
brisk 45 minute walk
barn chores
15 minute ride
