Loss So Far: 1 1/2 lbs

Although, my scale is a bastard and I don't trust it.
Perhaps it is time to invest in a new one. Sadly that endeavor also costs a bit of fundage, the likes of which I do not have at the moment.

Mawing it back like Star Jones at KFC, January 31st
Vitamin C tablets x 2
Boiled egg
Pot of Green Tea (w/2 tbsp berry sugar)
Can of tuna w 1/3 cup peas+corn & tbsp low fat mayo (>250 c )
1 cup peppermint tea, unsweetened
1 homemade rice crispie square (54)
1 large sardine
hot chocolate

(about 700)


Acitivities partaken in for the extreme healthfulness of the combat of the lard
60 ball-toe raises
Stretching
20 squats
Tricep exercise, 20 per arm
