Loss So Far: 1 1/2 lbs

Although, my scale is a bastard and I don't trust it.
Perhaps it is time to invest in a new one. Sadly that endeavor also costs a bit of fundage, the likes of which I do not have at the moment.

Mawing it back like Star Jones at KFC, January 31st
Vitamin C tablets x 2
Boiled egg
Pot of Green Tea (w/2 tbsp berry sugar)
Can of tuna w 1/3 cup peas+corn & tbsp low fat mayo (>250 c )
1 cup peppermint tea, unsweetened
1 homemade rice crispie square (54)
1 large sardine
hot chocolate

60 ball-toe raises
Stretching
20 squats
Tricep exercise, 20 per arm

Not being able to afford groceries is definately going to be beneficial to weight loss.
Though, It also means I should not turn down any free food.

Gluttonous Devourings For January 30th
10 peanuts
1 cup of egg noodles ( w/1/2 tbsp margerine + salt and pepper)
Pot of Green Tea ( w/2 tbsp berry sugar)
Free cookie, chocolate chip variety, small
Not bought with own monies-McChokeandpuke Chicken snack wrap 330 calories ew
+Diet Coke
1 cup of egg noodles ( w/1/2 tbsp margerine + salt and pepper)
1 1/2 big strands of free licorice


Minimal Exersions
45 ball-toe raises
Tricep exercises
15 squats
Strecheroos
Moving hay bales
Short horse ride

Apparently, eating anything less than 1200 calories per day is starving yourself.

I think this is complete bullshit, and I'm more than 30% sure that doctors just say this so their obese patients won't get depressed and kill themselves when they get calorie restricted.

You can totally survive on like, under a thousand. I know this, because I have done the scientific searching and hypothesis. Actually, I just asked my friends, and they were like 'I eat nowhere near that everyday and I am perfectly fine and have been for years'. Take my boyfriend for example, I bet he eats something like 500 a day, and he has for years. He's obviously not dead, and has maintained the same weight for years, so it's probably safe to say if he ate 1200 calories a day, he would be obese.

Anyhow.

The list of what was consumed in a gluttonous fury on January 29th

Hard boiled egg w/half the yolk removed (since it was disgusting and goopy)
Pot of green tea (w/some berry sugar)
1/2 Pot of Apple spice tea (w/some berry sugar)
2 vitamin C pills
Can of tomato soup
1/2 small starbucks chai latte
2 large brussel sprouts (w/margerine and salt)
1/2 cup white rice (cooked w/chicken stock)
1 large Sip of Coca-Co-lard

The list of half-assed attempts to exercise for January 29th

30 toe raise sort of exercises
Some tricep exercises (15 each arm)
Squats...10ish
Stretching and shit
horseback riding 1/2 hour
horse chores, clean stall, feed etc

My chiro gave me some exercises to do for my tricep, as apparently it is very weak and my bicep is like, super strong which is pretty much fucking over my tricep in comparison.
Also he gave me some stretches to do. So I should probably do those instead of...not doing those.

I feel energized...and also a little sick probably from too much tea.

I'm not even going ot bother posting the stats.
They are truly horrific, I am the obese. Gooey, gargantuan, mounds of jiggly.
Also, my tits. They are huge.
