Down 20lbs

Could have done a lot better, but decided being a fat lard was too fun. Blah.


Breakfast
Kashi puffed cereal (1 cup)-120c
Plain soymilk (1/2 cup)-70c
Homemade fruit smoothie (1/2 cup)-50c?

Lunch
1/4 red pepper
stick of celery
4 tbsp homemade hummus

Mid afternoon
1/4 cup vegetable soup
slice of pineapple

Dinner
